Shipping and Delivery

At Goaty Goodness Soaps, we’re committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find details on our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available).
     

2. Weight-based Shipping Rates

At Goaty Goodness Soaps, we use Australia Post’s weight-based rates to ensure fair shipping costs for all orders. 

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
    Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide)
    Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping
    We currently ship to select countries. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery is between 7-15 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We use Australia Post’s standard rates, which vary according to the weight and destination of the package.

Estimated Shipping Costs (within Australia) for standard shipping:

  • Up to 500g: From approximately $10.95

  • 500g to 1kg: From approximately $14.95

  • 1kg to 3kg: From approximately $18.95

  • 3kg to 5kg: From approximately $22.85

Note: These rates are estimates, and the final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. For over 5kg, prices are from approximately $26.45. For larger packages, prices also vary depending on destination address.

3. Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays or customs processing (for international orders). We do our best to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your understanding in cases of minor delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (where available) via email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier’s website and stay updated on your delivery status.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For international orders, please ensure compliance with your local import regulations, as Goaty Goodness Soaps cannot be held responsible for any packages held or denied entry by customs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues can sometimes occur in transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at goatygoodnesssoaps@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in locating it with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to assist in processing a replacement or refund.
